Dyna Pro Limited was founded with a vision to be a leader in diverse industries, fostering
innovation, integrity, and impact. Built upon a foundation of expertise and strategic global
partnerships, we bring together top-tier professionals to drive sustainable growth and
transformation across Africa and beyond. Our mission is to bridge opportunities between Africa
and global markets, ensuring that innovation and industry excellence lead to economic progress
and empowerment.
Our leadership team consists of seasoned professionals with a deep understanding of business,
entrepreneurship, and industry-specific expertise. With decades of experience, they steer Dyna
Pro Limited toward success by upholding the highest standards of integrity, innovation, and
collaboration. We own and manage, with various amazing partners, over seven companies and
one NGO.
Mustapha Osuman
Founder & CEO
Mr. Mustapha K. Osuman is a distinguished entrepreneur with a remarkable track record spanning over 30 years. He has founded, led, and been a shareholder and director of numerous companies across diverse industries, including telecommunications, real estate, wood treatment, chemical supplies, and mining.
His visionary leadership has played a pivotal role in shaping businesses that drive economic growth and innovation across Africa and international markets. He is the founder of Itsalat Group of Companies (Zambia), where he remained a shareholder until 2019. Under his leadership, the company became one of Africa’s foremost distributors of Samsung electronic products. Over the past decade, Itsalat and its affiliated and subsidiary companies in Ghana, Mauritius, Côte d’Ivoire, and Zambia collectively generated a turnover exceeding USD 1.3 billion, solidifying its position as a major player in the industry. Mr. Osuman is the head of Mansman Mining Company with a team of Board members and Board Advisors.
Currently, Mr. Osuman leads Dyna Pro Limited, a holding company comprising six subsidiary companies across various industries. Partnered with experienced industry leaders, Dyna Pro is dedicated to driving impactful business solutions while fostering economic development. Additionally, the company is aligned with Food Secure Africa,a non-governmental organization committed to addressing food security challenges across the continent.
Through Dyna Pro and his extensive business ventures, Mr. Osuman continues to bridge Africa with global markets, fostering innovation, sustainability, and transformative growth.
Blessed Mulenga Silavwe
Chief Operations Officer
As the Chief Operations Officer, Blessed provides essential support to the leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fostering strategic communication across all divisions of Dyna Pro Limited. With over 30 years of experience spanning the public sector, civil society, and private sector, she brings a wealth of expertise in strategic partnership collaboration, project management,
and building sustainable growth at all levels of enterprise development. Her role as a global focal point resource in organizational development and capacity strengthening, along with her lead consultancy work for various international organizations, positions her strategically to drive the multifaceted projects Dyna Pro, as a holding company, engages in worldwide.
Blessed is the founder of Avidore Holdings Limited, Sephira Foundation, and DevCorp Consulting, and serves on the boards of numerous local and international private and civil society organizations, including FoodSecure USA, the Farmers Association of Zambia, Heartworx, and DCS Limited. Her extensive career includes key roles such as Head of Public Relations and Corporate Affairs for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in Zambia under the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, Sales and Marketing Manager for Microsoft Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions in Central Africa, and Director of Programs for HODI, where she oversaw seven project sites nationwide. Additionally, she served as the Organization Development focal point for FHI360 in the East and Southern African Region (ESARO).
Blessed has also led consultancy projects for prominent organizations such as Standard Chartered Bank, the American International Health Alliance, the British Council, and the Kaleidoscope Trust. Her advisory and board roles extend to influential platforms like the Private Sector Development Reform Program (PSDRP), the Network of Regulatory Reformers for East and Central Africa, the International Labour Organization (ILO) Law Growth Nexus II, and the Ministry of Commerce, Trade, and Industry Technical Working Group on Trade and Industry in Zambia. Her diverse experience and leadership continue to drive impactful growth and innovation in every endeavor she undertakes.
Chukwuemeka Dimanochie, CPA, MBA
Advisor & Board Member
Chukwuemeka Dimanochie is a seasoned financial executive, business strategist, and consultant with over 25 years of experience spanning corporate banking, financial management, and business advisory services. He has a proven track record of driving profitability, optimizing business operations, and leading high-performing teams across multiple industries.
As the Director of Nescro Management Consultancy, Chukwuemeka advises clients in healthcare, energy, the public sector, and financial services across West and Southern Africa. He specializes in portfolio growth, financial structuring, risk and credit management, and strategic planning, helping businesses scale and improve operational efficiency. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of UBA Zambia, where he successfully transformed the bank from a loss-making entity into one of the most profitable banks in the country within three years. His tenure at UBA also included leading corporate banking operations, structuring high-value credit facilities, and driving revenue growth.
Before joining UBA, Chukwuemeka held senior financial roles at Biotronik Canada, Smiths Medical Canada, Access Bank, and Diamond Bank Plc, where he managed financial planning, risk assessment, and operational strategy.
Chukwuemeka holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Nigeria. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Colorado. His expertise in financial analysis, stakeholder relations, and strategic execution continues to drive business success and sustainable growth for organizations he partners with.
Vuyof Ngwo
Advisor & Board Member
Vuyof's career trajectory in the telecom industry is a testament to visionary leadership, entrepreneurship, and professional growth. Beginning as an RF engineer, he quickly ascended to prominent leadership roles, including CEO and board member, within top multinational telecom companies. His career has taken him across multiple countries, including Madagascar, DR Congo,
Gabon, Sierra Leone, Zambia, Ethiopia, Ivory Coast, and Cameroon, where he served as Managing Director, demonstrating his international expertise and adaptability. With over 22 years of experience, Vuyof has established himself as a Telecoms Infrastructure Specialist and General Management Professional, playing a pivotal role in end-to-end telecom infrastructure construction and management for mobile network operators (MNOs) and Tower Companies across Sub-Saharan Africa. His exceptional leadership has fostered trust among teams and stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes and long-lasting professional relationships. Beyond his corporate achievements, Vuyof is a successful entrepreneur and partner, having founded and led several telecom-focused companies specializing in wireless solutions, management consultancy, and network booster technologies. His strategic partnerships have significantly contributed to the growth of the telecom infrastructure industry. Academically, he holds an Advanced Level Certificate in Electrical Technology, a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of London, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Wales, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning.
Now, as he prepares to join the board of Dyna Pro, Vuyof further cements his reputation as a dynamic leader and innovative force in the telecom sector. His career stands as a powerful example of leadership, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to forge impactful, enduring relationships in a rapidly evolving industry.
Alicia Lewis
Advisor & Board Member
Alicia Lewis is a strategic business leader with a proven track record in operational excellence and global business development. As a key Advisor to Dyna Pro Limited, she drives business growth and ensures the seamless execution of the company’s diverse projects through her expertise in business management, partnerships, and organizational leadership.
With a career spanning international markets, Alicia has built and scaled successful companies while advising governments, businesses, and NGOs on global strategies. Her work blends high-level advocacy and diplomatic engagement with nuanced economic and political insight.
Alicia is passionate about connecting people, businesses, and countries. She has worked extensively with the United Nations, where she led the UN CITO’s global Public-Private Partnerships program and contributed to the UNDP’s South-South Cooperation initiative
A seasoned board member and advisor, Alicia currently serves on the board of Mansman Mining, where she also provides strategic counsel, and acts as an advisor to Shield Chemical USA. She previously sat on the board of DATTALION and now contributes her expertise to Food Secure Africa.
An entrepreneur at heart, Alicia is the founder of Zaza Meats in Europe—linking farmers and meat processors to buyers and distributors—and Zaza Precious Metals and Trade, an ethical gold trading company based in Dubai
